We specialize in selling rings, including a variety of styles designed for everyday wear and special occasions.
2. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within Poland.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
5. How do I choose the right ring size?
We recommend using a ring size chart before placing your order. If you are unsure, you can measure an existing ring or consult a local jeweler for accurate sizing.
6. What if I order the wrong size?
If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible at berndkakaps@gmx.net.
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update it. Otherwise, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.
7. Can I return or exchange a ring?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
8. What if my ring arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
9. What materials are your rings made of?

10. Will my ring tarnish or change color?
Durability depends on the material and care. To extend the life of your ring, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals.
